Update: Flood advisory previously issued for Southeast Georgia will expire at 7 p.m.

The advisory was for Charlton, Clinch and Ware counties.

“The Flood Advisory will expire at 7 p.m. this evening for a portion of southeast Georgia, including the following areas, Charlton, Clinch and Ware. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures,” describes the National Weather Service.
