Earthquake measuring 5.0 rattles area near Singaparna, Indonesia on Aug. 5

A 5.0 magnitude quake shook near Singaparna on Wednesday night, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The tremor hit at 14:55 UTC (21:55 local time), with its epicenter roughly 90 km south-southwest of Singaparna and a depth of 61 km.
