A property that sold for $12 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Raleigh in the past week.

The area saw a total of six commercial property sales over the past week, averaging $5.3 million. The average price per square foot was $449.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 3 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $12 million, shopping mall at 6209 Rock Quarry Road

A sale has been finalized for the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 6209 Rock Quarry Road in Raleigh.

The price was $12 million. The house was built in 2007 and the living area totals 57,430 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $209. Metcap Battle Bridge LLC acquired the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants. The deal was closed on July 22.

2. $10.95 million, office building at 11125 Forest Pines Drive

The office property at 11125 Forest Pines Drive in Raleigh has new owners.

The price was $10,950,000. The house was built in 2014 and has a living area of 64,890 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $169. Celebration Church bought the office property. The transaction was completed on July 21.

3. $3.4 million, mixed-use building at 313 East Martin Street

A 4,642-square-foot mixed-use office and residential property at 313 East Martin Street in Raleigh has been sold.

The total purchase price was $3,400,000, $732 per square foot. The home was built in 2004. City Of Raleigh took over the mixed-use office and residential property. The deal was finalized on June 8.

4. $3.3 million, commercial property at 9111 Leesville Road

The sale of the general commercial property at 9111 Leesville Road in Raleigh has been finalized.

The price was $3,300,000. The house was built in 1996 and has a living area of 9,966 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $331. LBW Real Estate Holdings II LLC acquired the general commercial property. The deal was finalized on July 20.

5. $1.28 million, commercial property at 221 Glenwood Avenue

A 1,747-square-foot general commercial property at 221 Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh has been sold.

The total purchase price was $1,275,000, $730 per square foot. The home was built in 1910. AWR Holdings LLC bought the general commercial property. The deal was closed on June 8.

6. $875,000, restaurant at 610 North Person Street

The sale of the restaurant at 610 North Person Street in Raleigh has been finalized.

The price was $875,000. The home was built in 1940 and has a living area of 1,670 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $524. Bobis Realty LLC took over the restaurant. The transaction was completed on June 23.
