A property that sold for $7.7 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Atlanta over the past week.

The area saw a total of six commercial property sales in the past week, averaging $2.49 million, or $189 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 17 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $7.7 million, office building at 532 East Paces Ferry Road NE

A 46,882-square-foot office property at 532 East Paces Ferry Road NE in Atlanta has been sold.

The total purchase price was $7,700,000, $164 per square foot. The house was built in 2005. The home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Cera EPF LLC bought the office property. The deal was closed on July 15.

2. $3 million, restaurant at 1394 North Highland Avenue NE

The sale of the restaurant at 1394 North Highland Avenue NE in Atlanta has been finalized.

The price was $3,000,000. The house was built in 1962 and has a living area of 6,624 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $453. Ayelet LLC acquired the restaurant. The transaction was completed on July 15.

3. $1.76 million, financial building at 590 South Central Avenue

The financial services property or bank building at 590 South Central Avenue in Atlanta has new owners.

The price was $1,756,000. The home was built in 1958 and has a living area of 10,326 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $170. MUD Life LLC sold the financial services property or bank building to Paces Funding LLC. The deal was finalized on July 16.

A 2,950-square-foot retail store or personal services shop at 1657 Lakewood Avenue SE in Atlanta has been sold.

The total purchase price was $351,650, $119 per square foot. The house was built in 1967. Upper Level Homes LLC and Weegoo Holdings LLC took over the retail store or personal services shop from IDC Properties Inc. The deal was finalized on July 15.
