A 5.2 magnitude quake occurred close to Galapagos Triple Junction region on Sunday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

At 11:57 UTC (04:57 local time), a tremor hit the region at a depth of 10 km, with its epicenter of Galapagos Triple Junction region.
