A 5.2 magnitude quake shook close to Sarangani on Wednesday around midday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

At 04:25 UTC (12:25 local time), a tremor struck the region at a depth of 35 km, with its epicenter about 30 km south of Sarangani.
