A restaurant in Miami that sold for $32 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Florida in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 198 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $2.81 million, or $480 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of July 27 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $32 million, restaurant at 8503 Bird Road

The sale of the restaurant at 8503 Bird Road in Miami has been finalized.

The price was $32,000,000. The home was built in 1980 and has a living area of 6,555 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $4,882. Bird & 87th Avenue Village LLC acquired the restaurant. The deal was closed on July 7.

2. $32 million, store at 8665 Bird Road

A 101,228-square-foot store or retail outlet at 8665 Bird Road in Miami has been sold.

The total purchase price was $32,000,000, $316 per square foot. The house was built in 2009. Bird & 87th Avenue Village LLC bought the store or retail outlet. The transaction was completed on July 7.

3. $25.73 million, store at 43 Northwest 23rd Street

A sale has been finalized for the store or retail outlet at 43 Northwest 23rd Street in Miami.

The price was $25.73 million. The house was built in 2016 and the living area totals 23,824 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $1,080. RJR ML LLC and RJR Realty LLC sold the store or retail outlet to T Wynwood Jungle NRTP FL LLC and T Wynwood Jungle NRTW FL LLC. The deal was finalized on July 8.

5. $15.02 million, supermarket at 1021 Santa Barbara Boulevard

A 7,834-square-foot grocery store or supermarket at 1021 Santa Barbara Boulevard in Cape Coral has been sold.

The total purchase price was $15,020,000, $1,917 per square foot. The home was built in 2001. ELK Horn Farm LLC transferred ownership of the grocery store or supermarket to Neda Development Corporation. The deal was finalized on July 21.

6. $15 million, shopping mall at 4645 Gun Club Road

The regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 4645 Gun Club Road in West Palm Beach has new owners.

The price was $15,000,000. The house was built in 1979 and has a living area of 105,543 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $142. Secamar LLC took over the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants from GUN Club Subsidiary LLC and GUN Club Shopping Center LLC. The transaction was completed on July 7.

7. $14.35 million, store at 6981 Collins Avenue
