A restaurant in Miami that sold for $32 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Florida in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 198 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $2.81 million, or $480 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of July 27 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $32 million, restaurant at 8503 Bird Road

The sale of the restaurant at 8503 Bird Road in Miami has been finalized.

The price was $32,000,000. The home was built in 1980 and has a living area of 6,555 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $4,882. Bird & 87th Avenue Village LLC acquired the restaurant. The deal was closed on July 7.
