A property in Seal Rock that sold for $975,000 tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Lincoln County between July 20 and Aug. 2.

The county saw a total of five commercial property sales, averaging $558,000. The average price per square foot was $346.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of July 20 to the week of Aug. 2 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $975,000, commercial property at 1125 Northwest Art Street

The sale of the general commercial property at 1125 Northwest Art Street in Seal Rock has been finalized.

The price was $975,000. The house was built in 1997 and has a living area of 3,444 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $283. Donica Danielle Shouse and Kenneth Lee Super bought the general commercial property. The deal was finalized on July 20.
