The commercial property at 4400 Bayou Boulevard, Suite 5 in Pensacola was sold on March 6 for $430,000, or $92 per square foot. The two-story building, completed in 1984, sits on a 2,265-square-foot lot.

Two Seven South LLC took over the property from Intelligent MGMT Solutions Inc.
