The commercial property at 1541 Southwest 12th Avenue in Ocala was sold on March 11 for $2.58 million, or $233 per square foot. The single-story building, completed in 1970 and modernized in 1999, stands on a 2.8-acre lot.

Doelu LLC transferred ownership of the property to 1541 SW 12th Avenue LLC.

This commercial property is part of the Ocala Indust Park subdivision.
