The commercial property at 531 Ocoee Apopka Road in Ocoee was sold on March 13 for $3.3 million, or $791 per square foot. Completed in 1950 and upgraded in 1960, the single-story building stands on a 5.5-acre lot and includes a 294-square-foot garage.

Guadalupe Aranda and Anne Aranda sold the property to WG6 Holdings LLC.
