The commercial property at 314 Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna Beach was sold on Feb. 25 for $1.8 million, or $1,899 per square foot. The single-story building, completed in 1922 and modernized in 2005, sits on an 8,900-square-foot lot.

The property was taken over by SM Family Holdings LLC.

This mixed-use property is part of the Cooper subdivision.
