The recently built parking lot located at 506 Southeast 23rd Street in Fort Lauderdale changed owner on March 5.

The 1,818-square-foot commercial property was sold for $17.25 million, or $9,486 per square foot. Built in 2023, the single-story building sits on a 6,749-square-foot lot.

FLL Hospitality LLLP transferred ownership of the property to Hotels Of FLL LLC.

This parking lot is part of the Lauderdale subdivision.
