A 5.0 magnitude quake occurred near Luwuk on Wednesday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor jolted at 02:12 UTC (10:12 local time), with its epicenter about 105 km west-northwest of Luwuk and a depth of 10 km.
