A 5.2 magnitude quake was detected close to Prince Edward Islands region Saturday afternoon, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

It was reported that a tremor jolted the region at 11:03 UTC (14:03 local time). The epicenter was located of Prince Edward Islands region, at a depth of 10 km.
