Update: Earthquake measuring 5.2 strikes area close to Tobelo, Indonesia on Jan. 13

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 5.2 magnitude quake jolted near Tobelo Tuesday morning.

At 01:27 UTC (09:27 local time), the region was shaken by a tremor. The earthquake hit at a depth of 52 km, with its epicenter approximately 206 km northwest of Tobelo.
