Update: Earthquake measuring 5.0 rattles area near Gunungsitoli, Indonesia on Nov. 26

Wednesday morning, a 5.0 magnitude quake was recorded close to Gunungsitoli, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

At 19:54 UTC (01:54 local time), the region was jolted by a tremor. The earthquake struck at a depth of 10 km, with its epicenter roughly 102 km southwest of Gunungsitoli.
