System name: Lorenzo

The remnant system was last addressed in a final advisory by the National Hurricane Center at 4 p.m. Wednesday. Lorenzo was previously a tropical storm but has since weakened and devolved to a remnant with sustained winds of 35 mph. Remnants of Lorenzo are in the Atlantic Ocean, 1,300 miles west-northwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. The system, with maximum sustained winds of 35 mph, is moving to the northeast at 18 mph.
