The homes in the list below concern different types of property: terraced houses, semi-detached houses, detached houses and flats, where the deeds were filed with the Land Registry during the month of September, even if the properties may have been sold earlier.

10. £25,000 (3%) below asking – terraced house on Front Street
The sale of the terraced house at Front Street in Bamburgh was finalised on August 8. It was originally listed for £775,000 and was sold for £750,000 after it had been on the market for one month and 18 days, displaying a 3% price reduction.
