Update: 5.2 magnitude earthquake shakes near Carlsberg Ridge on Aug. 27

A 5.2 magnitude quake was recorded close to Carlsberg Ridge Wednesday afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

It was reported that a tremor hit the region at 10:19 UTC (14:19 local time). The epicenter was situated of Carlsberg Ridge, at a depth of 10 km.
