ALMERÍA, AN — A 5.2 magnitude quake was recorded near San José Monday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
A tremor struck the area at 05:13 UTC (07:13 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was located roughly 21 km southeast of San José and occurred at a depth of 10 km.
