GLENN COUNTY, CA — Sunday night, a 2.3 magnitude quake was detected near Willows, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

At 10:15 p.m., the region was struck by a tremor. The earthquake shook at a depth of 16 miles, with its epicenter approximately 10 miles east-southeast of Willows.
