5.1 magnitude earthquake hits near Ende, Indonesia on Aug. 14

A 5.1 magnitude quake occurred close to Ende on Friday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

A tremor struck the area at 22:21 UTC (06:21 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was roughly 68 km north-northwest of Ende and occurred at a depth of 10 km.
