Update: Seismic activity on July 12 – 5.1 magnitude earthquake near Tambolaka, Indonesia registered

WEST SUMBA REGENCY, East Nusa Tenggara — A 5.1 magnitude quake jolted close to Tambolaka on Sunday night, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The tremor, which struck the area at 13:20 UTC (21:20 local time), was centered about 27 km southeast of Tambolaka. It occurred at a depth of 47 km.
