A 5.0 magnitude quake shook close to Xunchang on Friday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

A tremor struck the area at 23:57 UTC (07:57 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was roughly 15 km north-northwest of Xunchang and occurred at a depth of 10 km.
