Update: 5.0 magnitude earthquake detected close to Bima, Indonesia on July 22

Tuesday afternoon, a 5.0 magnitude quake was registered close to Bima, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor struck the area at 08:40 UTC (16:40 local time). It occurred at a depth of 39 km with the epicenter situated about 74 km north of Bima.
