A parking lot located on Northwest 6th Street, Pompano Beach changed owner on March 9.

The 25,371-square-foot commercial property was sold for $16.5 million, or $650 per square foot. Built in 1998, the building sits on a 0.8-acre lot.

Joseph K. Maiuro sold the property to Hmsy Pompano LLC.

This parking lot is part of the Pinewood Heights subdivision.

Another nearby parking lot changed hands recently:
