During the past two weeks, a total of six residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $256,784. The average price per square foot was $158.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 20 to the week of Nov. 2 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
