In total, 190 commercial property sales were recorded in the area in the past week, with an average price of $1.91 million, or $399 per square foot.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of May 18 even if the property sold earlier.

A 173,163-square-foot regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 661 Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park has been sold.
The total purchase price was $22,875,000, $132 per square foot. The home was built in 1988. Bolton MZL LLC sold the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants to Spruce Creek Golf LLC. The deal was closed on April 22.

The office property at 4510 Fruitville Road in Sarasota has new owners.
