For a price tag of $490,000 ($366 per square foot), the single-family residence, built in 1968 and at 622 Katherine Street changed hands in August. The home spans 1,338 square feet of living area, with four bedrooms and two baths. The property comprises a 10,761-square-foot lot.

3. $480K

In August, a single-family house at 807 Meadow Lane, changed ownership. The property, covering 1,911 square feet, was built in 1996 and was sold for $480,000, which calculates to $251 per square foot. The lot size encompasses 10,019 square feet.
