West Ham and Southampton collided in a Premier League fixture that lived up to the hype, producing a 1-1 draw.

The first half was goalless, but straight after half-time, Jarrod Bowen made his mark as he netted to give West Ham the lead.

The equaliser came in the final minutes, when Lesley Ugochukwu found the net for the the Saints.

The game was the sixth in a row without a win for West Ham.

West Ham are now in 16th place, while Southampton are in 20th and last place.

The previous match between the teams ended in a 1-0 away win for West Ham in December.
