Watertown Shamrocks reverse deficit and win

The Watertown Shamrocks struggled and were losing 0-2 after two periods in the game on Friday, March 20, 2025, at Mason City Arena against the North Iowa Bulls.

However, the team reversed the deficit to win with a final result of 5-2.

The Bulls opened strong, early in the game with Jack Seaverson scoring in the first period, goal assisted by Sangyeob Kim and Cole Wirun.

The Bulls increased the lead to 2-0 with a goal from Evan Johnson late in the first period, assisted by Noah Diemer and Luke Gustafson.

The Shamrocks scored three goals in second period an held the lead 3-2 going in to the second break.

Zach Boren made it 4-2 with a goal early in the third period, assisted by Carter Sproule and Cam Markham.

The Shamrocks increased the lead to 5-2 with 21 seconds remaining of the third after a goal from Owen Chartier, assisted by William Shephard and Spencer Sasenbury.

The teams meet again on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. CST, this time in North Iowa at Mason City Arena.
