Sunday afternoon, a 5.1 magnitude quake was reported near Lorengau, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor shook at 06:48 UTC (16:48 local time), with its epicenter located roughly 162 km south-southwest of Lorengau and a depth of 10 km.
