ALEUTIANS EAST BOROUGH, AK—Wednesday morning, a 7.3 magnitude quake was reported near Sand Point, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
It was reported that a tremor slammed the region at 8:37 p.m. (9:37 a.m. local time). The epicenter was located roughly 54 miles south of Sand Point, at a depth of 12 miles.
