Top 10 most expensive homes sold in Broward County last week

A house in Fort Lauderdale that sold for $5.4 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Broward County in the past week.

In total, 239 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $630,171. The average price per square foot ended up at $382.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of July 14 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.9 million, condominium at 1460 South Ocean Blvd.

A 3,411-square-foot condominium at 1460 South Ocean Blvd., Pompano Beach, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in June and the total purchase price was $1,895,000, $556 per square foot. The condominium was built in 2006.
