During the past week, a total of 204 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $1.74 million. The average price per square foot was $413.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of May 11 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $27.88 million, auto dealership at 6855 Lee Vista Boulevard
A 62,616-square-foot vehicle sales and rentals business at 6855 Lee Vista Boulevard in Orlando has been sold.
The total purchase price was $27,878,000, $445 per square foot. The house was built in 2025. Terra Calida LLC took over the vehicle sales and rentals business. The deal was closed on May 4.
2. $16.7 million, shopping mall at 8799 North 56th Street
The regional shopping mall with anchor tenants at 8799 North 56th Street in Temple Terrace has new owners.
The price was $16,700,000. The home was built in 1969 and has a living area of 98,483 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $170. Temple Terrace Marketplace Inc bought the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants. The transaction was completed on April 22.
