Update: Severe thunderstorm warning for Morgan County likely to expire at 4:30 p.m.

The warning was for Morgan County.

“The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, small hail, gusty winds, and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 8 p.m. Tuesday for a portion of northeast Colorado,” explains the National Weather Service.
