Update: The current severe thunderstorm warning for Fremont and Pueblo counties will be expiring at 3:45 p.m.

The warning was in place for Fremont and Pueblo counties.

“The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm. There is a possibility as these storms move east onto the plains, that they could re-intensify and become severe,” explains the National Weather Service.
