The median sqft price for a semi-detached house in Tameside in the last month was £261. Prior to this, the median price per sqft in the area was £244.

A total number of 40 semi-detached houses were sold and registered in the district during the month of March, one of which was 105, Eason Way, Ashton-under-lyne, with 1,108 sqft. It sold for £290,000 at a sqft price of £239.
