A mixed-use office and residential property located at 3832 Killearn Court, Unit 11 in Tallahassee has a new owner since March 4.

The 1,136-square-foot commercial property was sold for $135,000, or $119 per square foot. Built in 1983, the two-story building sits on an 871-square-foot lot.

Ming Jie Zhu transferred ownership of the property to Fernando Hernandez.
