South Tyneside’s 10 cheapest three-bedroom home sales from last month

A property at Longleat Gardens that sold for £70,000 tops the list of the most affordable three-bedroom houses recently sold in South Tyneside.

In total, 38 residential property sales were registered in the area in September, with an average price of £194,194. The average price per sqft ended up at £197.

The properties outlined in the list below consist of terraced houses, semi-detached houses, and detached houses. Their deeds were formally recorded with the Land Registry during the month of September, even if the transactions were prior to this month.
