The spacious, recently built unit at 565 East Barber Drive in Coal City was sold on Aug. 14, 2025 for $450,000, or $136 per square foot. The property occupies a sizable 8,276-square-foot lot.

Other houses have recently been sold nearby:

· At 110 East Spring Road in Coal City in June 2025, a 1,857-square-foot home was sold for $356,000, a price per square foot of $192.

· In July 2025, a 1,931-square-foot home at 73 Tipple Way in Coal City sold for $280,000, a price per square foot of $145.

· A 1,404-square-foot home at 1080 South Mazon Street in Coal City sold in May 2025 for $220,000, a price per square foot of $157.
