Other houses that have recently changed hands close by include:

· In December 2024, a 1,204-square-foot home at 564 Ohio Street in Joliet sold for $75,000, a price per square foot of $62.

· A 1,560-square-foot home at 506 Clay Street in Joliet sold in March 2025 for $100,000, a price per square foot of $64.

· At 654 Garnsey Avenue in Joliet in July 2025, a 1,094-square-foot home was sold for $90,000, a price per square foot of $82.
