Other homes that have recently changed hands close by include:

· A home at 3505 Walleye Road, sold in August, for $475,000.

· In March, a 1,296-square-foot home at 6150 Peart Road, sold for $325,000, a price per square foot of $251.

· At 3405 Quail Court, in June, a home was sold for $275,000.
