The property at 5815 East South Prairie Drive in Morris was sold on Aug. 1, 2025 for $355,000, or $263 per square foot. The unit occupies a sizable 0.9-acre lot.

Other houses that have recently changed hands close by include:

· At 3405 Quail Court in Morris in June 2025, a home was sold for $275,000.

· In May 2025, a 1,472-square-foot home at 3280 North Lakeside Drive in Coal City sold for $420,000, a price per square foot of $285.

· A home at 3505 Walleye Road in Morris sold in August 2025 for $475,000.
