A 5.2 magnitude quake struck close to Sarangani on Friday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
A tremor shook the area at 19:10 UTC (03:10 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was approximately 67 km south of Sarangani and occurred at a depth of 37 km.
