An office building for legal, insurance, and real estate firms located at 4400 Bayou Boulevard, Suite 17 in Pensacola has a new owner since March 5.

The 2,482-square-foot commercial property was sold for $350,000, or $141 per square foot. The single-story building, completed in 1984, sits on a 2,701-square-foot lot.

Unico Insurance Company LTD took over the property from Naomi K Norton Properties LLC.

This office building is located within the Cordova Square subdivision.

Other two nearby office buildings for legal, insurance, and real estate firms in Pensacola changed hands recently:

· A property at 4400 Bayou Boulevard, Suite 30, sold in August 2025, for $340,000, a price per square foot of $89.

· In November 2024, a property at 4400 Bayou Boulevard, Suite 43 sold for $270,000, a price per square foot of $71.
