The commercial property at 910 North 13th Street in Fort Pierce was sold on March 12 for $150,000, or $94 per square foot. The single-story building, completed in 1945, sits on a 7,700-square-foot lot.

GNG Ventures LLC transferred ownership of the property to 800 S Congress AVE LLC.

This commercial land is part of the Nobles Nottingham Subdivision.
