The commercial property at 3331 Northeast 32nd Street in Fort Lauderdale was sold on March 11 for $950,000, or $367 per square foot. Completed in 1960, the single-story building stands on a 2,625-square-foot lot.

LOV Wellness Center LLC acquired the property from Unity CHR Of Christ Of Fort Lauderd.

This retail store is part of the Galt Ocean Mile development.
