The commercial property at 401 Tompkins Street in Inverness was sold on March 13 for $316,750, or $198 per square foot. The single-story building, completed in 1900 and modernized in 1990, stands on a 15,000-square-foot lot, including a 350-square-foot garage.

The property was obtained by Jmemg Properties Inc.

This retail store is part of the Southwest Northwest commercial subdivision.

Another nearby retail store changed hands recently:

· A 2,250-square-foot property at 110 North Pine Avenue in Inverness, sold in December 2025, for $450,000, a price per square foot of $200.
